If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply give us a call within 24 hours and we will resend the crew to touch up any areas that were missed. There is no additional cost to you. We appreciate the feedback when we do not meet our customer’s expectations, and we treat it as a teaching moment.

We prefer a credit card to hold your first appointment. Subsequent cleans can be paid by check, cash, credit cards or ACH.

We strive to have the same team clean your home every time. However, due to vacations, absences and the like- that is not always possible.

Absolutely! Many of our customers are not there when we clean their homes. You can provide the office with a key to your home, or with a security code. Your key is coded and secured in a lock safe when it is not in use. And your security code is only shared with the supervisor who cleans your home. Just call the office to arrange.
